Acceptance of beta terms

Using NeoResume during beta means you acknowledge the experience is unfinished and may include defects, outages, or content inaccuracies. We may modify or suspend access at any time to keep the platform stable for everyone.

• Features may be rate-limited, throttled, or temporarily disabled without notice.
• Compatibility is not guaranteed across every browser, device, or template combination.
• Continuing to use the product after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Data handling & security posture

Uploaded resumes, personal details, and job information are treated as sensitive. We encrypt data in transit and limit access to essential systems, but no beta system is 100% secure.

• Maintain offline backups of important documents before uploading anything.
• Avoid sharing regulated or highly confidential data (SSNs, medical info, etc.).
• Report suspected vulnerabilities right away at support@neoresume.com.

Accuracy of AI-generated guidance

AI suggestions and ATS diagnostics are probabilistic. They may include outdated advice, hallucinated facts, or compliance gaps. You are responsible for reviewing every recommendation before using it in an application.

• Cross-check skills, quantifiable achievements, and employer names.
• Use judgment for legal, immigration, or compensation-related statements.

User responsibilities

Keep your account secure and only upload information you have the right to share. Misuse that risks other users or our infrastructure may result in suspension.

• Use strong, unique passwords and protect shared devices.
• Respect intellectual property and avoid infringing materials.
• Do not probe, scrape, or attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoResume and its contributors will not be liable for lost data, lost opportunities, or other damages arising from beta participation. If you are unhappy with the product, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

Feedback & updates

Feedback accelerates stability. When you share ideas, you grant us permission to use them to improve NeoResume without additional compensation. We will refresh this page whenever obligations or risk levels change.
